    Course Objectives
    This course seeks to study unique problems and strategies to marketing of services. This course is designed to go beyond any specific service industry and to be helpful for students not only for students with careers in sevices indcustries but for careers in goods industry.

    Course Description
    We will spefically explore the areas such as the development, distribution, pricing, promotion of services. Human factors and process management factors will be studies to achieve service excellence.

    Course Design
    This course will be proctored using various methods lincluding lecture, class discussion, and group project. This course seeks to operate on an rahter interactive, and discuusion-based format. Students are expected to be prepared and be active (i.e., having read the assigned
    chapter, bring questions and curiosity to the class, and share your thoughts.
