    Organizational behavior(OB) is the study of the way people interact within groups. The purpose of studying organizational behavior is to increase the effectiveness and performance of organizations. In this course, students will learn how to analyze, predict, control, and manage behaviors of people working in organizations.This course is designed to provide a practical guide to managing employee behavior. We draw on social science to identify the key human tendencies that can pose obstacles to organizational effectiveness. Topics include the challenges of making decisions effectively, motivating others, managing groups and teams, and influencing those who resist your ideas.
