    Course Description:
    This course is designed to provide you with the
    fundamental and systematic understanding of English
    grammar.

    - Students will be able to demonstrate a firm
    understanding of the major elements lf English
    grammar.

    - Students will be able to identify and describe the
    main grammatical features in English texts using
    appropriate terminology and techniques of linguistic
    analysis.

    Required Textbooks:
    Rodney Huddleston and Geoffrey K. Pullum (2005).
    A Student?s Introduction to English Grammar ,
    Cambridge University Press.

    Supplementary Readings: Any supplementary readings will be available @ EKU.
