Nonetheless, you are expected and will be able to: Comprehend the role of operations management in the overall business context of the firm; Explain the issues associated with the practice of operations management; Specify analytical tools available for operations management; Solve quantitative management problems related to Statistical Process Control, Inventory Management, Project Management, Linear Programming etc.

    The text book will be used as a reference material. Additional reading materials will be assigned during the course.
