    Course Description
    Current models and approaches for managerial behavior, developing managerial and leadership skills, and strategic planning and policy development.

    Course Objectives
    After taking this course, student should be:
    a) aware of his/her leadership qualities through personality quizzes;
    b) able to investigate existing leadership models through case analyses;
    c) able to debate and recommend ethical and effective managerial and leadership action through group presentation of the selected case;
    d) able to design appropriate action and behavior to become an effective business leaders in the future.

    Teaching Methods
    Lecture, self-assessment-quizzes, facilitative discussion, case analyses and presentation, VDO/movie, invited speaker, team project, and field trip.

    VCD, DVD, power-point slides, and e-learning tools.
