ISA offers course level recommendations in an effort to facilitate the determination of course levels by credential evaluators.We advice each institution to have their own credentials evaluator make the final decision regrading course levels.

Students will be introduced the basic concepts of system programming. Fundamental concepts in process management, concurrency and communication will be described including signals, thread, and thread synchronization, semaphores, InterProcess Communication.

- Write programs using signals, thread, thread synchronization, semaphores, InterProcess Communication.
Objective of development revision:
To up-date the knowledge content of the course.
Expected outcome on students’ skill and knowledge:
Student will be able to apply the knowledge from lecturer and additional research with the ideas received from analysis and synthesis to set up solutions / precautions to benefit individuals and their community.

Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.
Availability of courses is based on enrollment numbers. All students should seek pre-approval for alternate courses in the event of last minute class cancellations
