Summary: This series of lectures aims to offer students a non-exhaustive overview of the people who make the news, these unavoidable faces of contemporary France who are too often unknown to the foreign public and who nevertheless participate in the radiation of the national culture.

Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.
