OverviewTakes a practical approach to introducing students to the marketing of hotels, restaurants and clubs. Market segmentation, marketing research, advertising, public relations, promotions, packaging, pricing strategies, revenue maximization, travel purchasing systems and the future of hospitality marketing will be examined.

Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.
