OverviewThis course provides a fundamental overview of the hotel, restaurant and tourism segments of the hospitality industry. The operational sectors of the industry, as well as management and related skills, will be explored. Career opportunities in the hospitality industry will be discussed and students will be encouraged to develop their own career plan.

Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.
