OverviewThe course aims at providing an overview of the latest trends in the communication scenario with a particular focus on the role of experience, emotions, and entertainment in the dialogue between consumers and brands. The course explores the role of innovative and unconventional branding strategies in developing consumer-brand relationships based on engagement and activation.
