    The main goals of this course are:
    ? To know the oceanographical aspects both, theoretical and practical, to plan campaigns, design experiments, choose the adequate procedures and methods.
    ? To know the strategies to follow during the sampling.
    ? To learn the procedures for the preservation, storage and pretreatment of samples.
    ? Use different methods of processing, extraction and analysis of marine samples for the determination of chemical and biological parameters.
