    I. Goals
    a. Present human resources administration in an actual context, considering the profound changes that are experienced.
    b. Presentation and analysis of the processes of human resources administration, with a special consideration of human needs, environmental influences, independence of processes, strategic vision of the organization, predominant contemporary practices, administration of organizational law and communicational aspects of the processes.
    c. To open up opportunities to increase sensitivity surrounding the significance of human resources and its contribution to organizational results.
    d. Create a space for the practice of skills in the training of the students.
