Español Inicial II [SPA 140S]LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION:Este curso será impartido en español.CONTACT HOURS:El curso tiene un total de 60 horas lectivas, repartidas en 40 sesiones de 90 minutos.GENERAL COURSE DESCRIPTION AND COURSE OBJECTIVES:In this course, students will be able to face different communicative situations and hold extend and complex conversations. Also, they will develop and use their communicative skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) in a more fluent way.The students will tell stories and anecdotes that happened in the past as well as they will express everyday activities and describe people, things and places in the past. Besides, they will be able to value past events and they will give instructions, ask for help, favors and permission as well as they will be capable of answering to these requests, either accepting or rejecting.COURSE PRE-REQUISITES:Se requiere que el estudiante posea un nivel básico de español (A1) o haya aprobado el curso Beginning Spanish I en el programa de ISA Cusco.EVALUATION CRITERIA:Rubros del esquema de evaluación
