Summary
The course seeks to enable students to understand, analyze and manage the organizational transformation processes that occur during business growth. For this purpose, the students must use theoretical frameworks, innovation methodologies and practical expertise to face the challenges organizations face during this growth process. To achieve this, the fundamentals of change management are developed by analyzing the roles played by employees during this process, and the impact of change on organizational culture, using various tools of analysis and design for innovation. Moreover, the different change management approaches discussed during the course will allow students to understand which model suits a specific organizational context
