This unit provides an introduction to theories and skills underpinning the application of multimedia technology with the Creative Industries, providing a foundation of conceptual and practical skills related to contemporary modes of electronic hypermedia production, communication and publishing.Learning OutcomesBy the completion of this unit you should be able to :1.Apply foundational principles of Web design, including interface and navigation design and user-centred design2.Employ practical skills for the production of online delivery, including semantic markup of web content, consistent separation of content and style, and appropriate embedding of media assets3.Explain foundation principles of interface and navigation design and how these relate to the process of designing for the web.
