This subject will introduce students to the key issues and concerns of leadership and leadership studies. It will examine current leadership theory, issues and problems, and provide opportunities for students to develop their leadership skills.Learning Objectives1. Students are able to demonstrate a broad (multi-faceted) understanding of the concept of leadership and its differentiation from related concepts.
2. Students are able to apply their understanding of leadership to critically assess individual behaviour using multiple perspectives to inductively develop abstract principles for future use and reassessment.
3. Students are able to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to pursue a lifelong journey of leadership development.

Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.
