Components of the subject include comparative frameworks for international environmental assessment, international operations, and the management of business functions.

    Learning Objectives
    1. You will be able to assess which countries are best suited for international business operations in a given industry.
    2. You will be able to create an international report including structuring an IBUS problem and advising on a strategic solution.
    3. You will be able to create selection criteria for deciding which country to enter, and recommend an entry mode.
    4. You will be able to describe issues of concern in managing international ventures including marketing, human resources, supply chain management, trade and finance.
