  • Overview

    In this subject, students will study human behaviour in organisational settings with the aim of improving organisational effectiveness. This subject emphasises a micro organisational behaviour perspective and examines how individual characteristics, interpersonal relationships and group processes relate to individual behaviour and outcomes in organisations.Students will apply and critically evaluate organisational behaviour theory and concepts to help address current organisational problems relating to motivation, decision-making, teamwork, leadership, and diversity. Understanding key organisational behaviour principles can help you become a more effective employee, co-worker, team member and manager.
