OverviewLeadership begins with knowing who you are. In this unit, students will be introduced to tools for self-reflection. Students will examine methods, skills, and strategies that will help them achieve career objectives. This unit also examines leadership theories, traits and behaviours and will provide students with discipline specific knowledge and skills, as well as the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive self-analysis. Outcomes from this unit will help students understand themselves and the foundations of leadership.
