OverviewThis course covers the use of econometric and statistical techniques relevant to forecasting in a business environment and computer implementation of these methods. Building and evaluating short-term forecasting models using time series analysis will be the focus, and applications will be emphasised in this non-specialist course. Understanding these issues will allow students to select and use the most appropriate methods and models to analyse historical data with the aim of predicting future outcomes.

Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.
