OverviewThis course will present rigorous and formal methods for the design and implementation phases of software system development. Also considered are testing and reuse of designs. As far as possible, software tools that can assist the process will be used. The material will be presented using case studies, and students will be required to undertake a project.

Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.
