OverviewA survey of periods that have provided the foundation of western art and architecture, together with in-depth case studies of artworks from different periods and places. As well as acquiring a broad knowledge of art in its social context, students develop skills in visual and iconographic analysis, essential to the study of art.

Eligibility for courses may be subject to a placement exam and/or pre-requisites.
Some courses may require additional fees.
