Overview
An investigation of the strategic context and principles that drive development of training in current and future workplaces. Students will also explore operational issues associated with training and development to gain an understanding of best practice. Topics include the learning organisation, learning theory, training needs analysis, training techniques, evaluation, management development, careers and career development models and the changing nature of work.
