Course Description

AUT's semester long program provides the opportunity to undertake a part-time, un-paid, supervised work placement in your chosen field, along with two mainstream AUT papers, earning a full semester's credit at the home university. The internship option allows the full benefit of a semester abroad experience, while allowing the student to immerse themselves in the unique New Zealand culture, while gaining valuable work experience in a New Zealand setting. Internships can be found in most fields, depending on prior study and experience. Placements are not available in health and education related fields. Students must have a GPA of at least 3.0 and have completed two full academic years at their home university.

*The Study/Internship combination at AUT includes a $575 placement fee.
