- Explore the user and their needs using different User Research techniques and methods.
- Prototype experiences, assess their quality and measure the level of inclusion of the product or service(s) that enable them.

CONTENTS
TOPIC 1: Introduction: Experience and Experience Design.
TOPIC 2: Theoretical basis. People Centered Design, Design for All & Experience Design.
TOPIC 3: Inclusive Experience Design methodology. Phases. Use. Experience Canvas Model &
Frame phase.

METHODOLOGY
Topics will be explained in the classroom through lectures combining theory and practice. Those lectures will cover the most important concepts of each topic and show how to solve practical examples. On one hand, students will develop the topics through different assignments that the teacher will propose. In order to do so, the student will have online access to bibliography and necessary
resources via the online platform Alud. While working outside class, students will compile doubts and questions that will be shared and solved in class with the rest of classmates.
Aforementioned exercises will be delivered via Alud in specific dates and evaluated. On the other hand, an additional project will cover the different activities and competences that have been carried out in class, partly in lecture hours and partly outside the class hours.
In order to support the learning process of the students, the lecturer will be available for personal advice and mentoring according to a schedule.

ASSESSMENT
- Class exercises related to experience design. Those exercises are worth 20% of the final grade. Depending on the characteristics of each exercise, they can be handed in the same day of the lecture or finished outside lecture hours.
- Individual and/or group assignments. Assignments are worth 20% of the final grade.
- Project. This project is worth 30% of the final grade.
