    PURPOSE
    To prepare learners to understand the Production Management function, as well as create an awareness of the various disciplines that constitute the Production process.

    The overall purpose of the Financial Management unit is to provide a basic understanding of the various elements that form part of the Financial Management function, and to assist the manager in making financial decisions.
