    This course focuses on the essentials of real estate law and provides students with a strong understanding of the role of the real estate paralegal. Students will be introduced to the law of real property and will gain knowledge of the main elements of real estate contracts. Lessons will also include notions of deeds' development, leases, licenses and title insurance. Students will analyze and compare Civil and Common Law.
