  • Overview

    The aim of this course is to unite and apply the practical and theoretical aspects of multimedia visual communication, photography and video, graphic design, and typography to projects involving still and moving images. Emphasis will be placed on design practices that are shaped by an understanding of the cultural and social aspects of communication, along with an appreciation of the power of images and words. Guest speakers and site visits have an important role in this course. This class includes experiential learning with CEMI.
