Layout & Visualization Techniques

This course aims at providing the students with the basic skills of drawing and to suggest the correct approach to every kind of drawing with the right approach. The first part of the course will be focused on the visualization techniques, starting from simplified drawing of the human body and perspective. 

In the second part, we'll deal with different topics, such as character design, shadows, lights, and the expressive use of colors. The last part will be focused on composition of the image, storytelling, and the different professional applications of drawing language, such as storyboards or illustrations.  One basic point will be the research, whose target will be to lead the students to find their own strong points and qualities and their own style in drawing.
