    Goals of the course

Leadership and Creativity are a powerful skill that you can learn and develop. In this course, we will discuss and share strategies for creative thinking that you can use as a leader.

The course debunks the myths about creativity and shows you how you can use creative thinking strategies to build your self-awareness.
how to open your creative senses, exploit your curiosity and unleash your imagination.
guides you through a series of powerful creative thinking exercises.

Finally, how to apply creativity to business and create a more creative culture in your organization and for the future of your professional career.

Success of an organization and its leaders typically rest upon how managers and staff understand the psychological influences and process of thinking, an “out of the box” kind of thinking that they make. Since it is crucially evident that the employees are a very important dimension in the success of an organization, the challenge is to turn them from “clock watchers” to a critical and creative workforce that can give the organization a competitive edge.

This course helps delegates to see, think, and act differently to get better results. Participants will develop a deeper appreciation of their creative and innovative thinking skills and will be able to apply these to the work environment by understanding how to use creative ‘critical’ thinking and then apply these for decision-making and communication that delivers concrete results.
