Overview
This module will appeal to many students, especially those studying law, criminology, philosophy and socialpolicy. This module offers an insight into the different types of crime recognized in Scotland, including assault,breach of the peace, murder, culpable homicide, sexual crimes, theft and robbery.Students may not take both LAWU9L2 and LAWU9CR in the same semester.
