Overview
The process of European integration is continuously shifting towards economic areas. Early career lawyers arechallenged by the objective necessity not only to understand the fundamental issues of the EU institutionalarchitecture, the peculiarities of the decision-making process or the mechanisms of accession, but also to havesound knowledge of the key principles of European economic policy; the principles which have direct impacton domestic law. This module has three main objectives: to familiarise students with the core themes of EUeconomic law; to explain the complex rules of EU economic policy; and, to allow students to successfullyaddress the various legal aspects of European economic relations.
