Overview
To develop students? understanding of core philosophical aspects of law in an advanced level context. Themodule will cover a selection of the following areas: natural law; classical positivism; pure theory of law;modern positivism; sociology of law; legal realism; critical legal studies; feminist jurisprudence; postmodernistjurisprudence; theories of adjudication.
