  • Overview

This module focuses on discrimination law, particularly the Equality Act 2010. Almost everyone going into the
workplace today will encounter questions about equality and diversity. Often, it will be very helpful to know
about the key concepts in the law and why these exist. This is particularly so for anyone working in the public
sector, but much of the law applies to the private sector too
