Overview
This module will provide a thorough knowledge of the fundamental and lasting aspects of the UK tax system as itapplies to income tax and capital gains tax and enable students to apply that knowledge in solving tax problemsand computing tax liabilities. It will also provide an outline of the law of trusts and how the above taxes apply tothem and will introduce students to personal financial planning and the products available
