In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, U.S.-based ISA employees are working from home until further notice.

Likewise, many U.S. and foreign universities are experiencing office closures for the foreseeable future. While our Academic Records department continues to process transcripts as quickly and efficiently as possible, students and home universities are asked to expect potential delays. For truly urgent transcript matters (ie. graduation, financial aid, course registration), please contact Academic Records at academicrecords@studiesabroad.com.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Please keep the following points in mind:

1.

Once you have completed your ISA program, your transcript will be sent to your home university and a digital copy will be sent to your email on file.  You will also be provided with the corresponding tracking information.

2.

If you have an outstanding balance on your ISA account, your transcript will not be sent to your university, and a copy will not be sent to you until the balance is paid.
